**Any set up location greater than 30 meters from parking location, stairs of lifts will require an additional set up fee due to additional staff and time allowance for set up**
**This castle is available for bookings made INDOORS, however can be used OUTDOORS, provided that wind speeds do not exceed 35 km/h.

Our Luxe Ultra package is perfect for both indoor and outdoor setups. Customize it to match your event theme with balloons or decals for a personal touch. For outdoor placements, we recommend setting up in a shaded or covered area to protect the equipment.
Please note: For the safety and cleanliness of our equipment, shoes (for both children and adults), face paint, food & drink, confetti or any items that may cause colour transfer are not permitted on the equipment. A refundable deposit is required with every hire, which will be returned once the equipment has been inspected and collected in good condition - Scuff marks and dirt transfer on the equipment are acceptable, and no cleaning fee will be charged for these. A cleaning/maintenance fee may be applied if deemed necessary by our staff during the inspection.
