Additional Service & Delivery Fees

Whether you're hosting your event at home, hiring a hall, or booking a private venue, we’ve got you covered! At Elimilio Play Events, we offer FREE delivery and setup for events located within 15km of our base in Caringbah, Sutherland Shire. For events beyond this range, we proudly extend our services to a wide range of suburbs across the Sydney region for an additional delivery fee.

Here’s a breakdown of our delivery fees:

  • 0-15km from CaringbahFree

  • 15-30km from Caringbah$75

  • 30-60km from Caringbah$120

Additional Setup Fees: Please note that for setup locations more than 30 meters from the nearest parking or requiring the use of stairs or lifts, an additional setup fee will apply. This is due to the extra time, staffing, and effort required to ensure your equipment is properly delivered and installed.

Bond

A $150 bond is required to be paid prior to your event and will be refunded once the equipment is collected and inspected. The bond ensures that the equipment is returned in good condition. Should any cleaning or restoration be necessary—such as removal of food remnants, stains, or other damages—these costs will be deducted from the bond. We will notify you if any deductions are made, and you will receive the balance of your bond refund after the inspection of the equipment.

If further restoration or replacement of the equipment is required due to significant damage, the client will be invoiced for the full cost of replacing the damaged items. A separate invoice will be issued, clearly outlining the damages and the associated costs for replacing the equipment. This ensures transparency and helps cover the expenses of maintaining our high-quality inventory.
