Bubble Dome Hire Details & Pricing

• Standard Hire Time: Our Bubble Dome comes with a standard hire period of 3 hours.

• Additional Hours: Each additional hour of hire is $75, with further discounts available for longer hire periods—just ask us!

• Special Offer: If you book our Bubble Dome alongside a Soft Play Package, we'll extend your Bubble Dome hire to 4 hours at no extra cost.

Free Delivery & Setup

• FREE Delivery: We offer free delivery within a 15km radius of Caringbah, NSW. For locations further afield, we deliver Sydney-wide for an additional delivery fee. See our delivery fees here.

• Setup & Pack Down: The price of hire includes setup and pack down of the Bubble Dome and all included decorations, such as balloons. We’ll take care of everything for you!

Included with Your Hire

• Balloons: Your hire includes 50 high-quality latex balloons in the color of your choice (subject to availability). You can also request additional balloons for an extra fee or a specific balloon color we will source for you.

  • Important: No external balloons (including balloons with confetti or other objects) may be used inside the Bubble Dome.

• Equipment: We provide a shoe container, blower, and extension cord for the duration of your hire, so everything is covered.

The Best in the Market

• Our Bubble Dome is commercial-grade, offering a perfectly clear exterior that allows for 360° views both inside and outside. It’s one of the best on the market for ensuring a memorable, high-quality experience.

Safety & Installation Requirements

• The Bubble Dome must be installed on a level surface. We cannot set up on dirt, gravel, mulch, or rocks. If the installation location is deemed unsuitable, your booking will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

Weather Conditions

• The Bubble Dome requires shade during the summer months. It cannot be used outdoors in extreme heat, cold, or windy conditions, or if rain is forecasted. Please ensure you have a weather backup plan in place so your event can proceed smoothly.

Bond

• A $150 bond is required at the time of booking and will be refunded upon the safe return of the Bubble Dome.

Balloon Garlands
Enhance the look of your Bubble Dome with a stunning balloon garland! You can choose to have it placed as a decorative skirt around the base of the dome or draped around the arch entrance for added flair.

Ocean Balls
Add on Ocean balls to create a mini ball pit in the entrance hallway of the bubble dome. Adding ocean Balls to your Bubble Dome will increase the play space inside the Dome whilst still providing an elegant set-up. Colours can be chosen to match your theme.

Custom Decals
Add a personalized touch with custom decals on the door or the exterior of the Bubble Dome. We can create decals featuring names, messages, or images to match your event theme.
