Booking & Cancellation Policy
To secure your event, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 14 days prior to your event.
Cancellations more than 14 days before the event: Your deposit will be transferred to a credit note, which can be used within 12 months of the original event date.
Cancellations within 14 days of the event: The deposit will be forfeited, and the remaining balance will be transferred to a credit note, valid for use within 12 months of the original event date.
*All deposits made to secure bookings are non-refundable. This is because our play equipment is in high demand, and once a booking is confirmed, we reserve those items exclusively for you—meaning we may have to turn away other clients. A cancellation results in a loss of income and opportunity to accommodate another booking.
We understand plans can change, and we aim to be flexible with rescheduling while ensuring our services are in high demand. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any cancellations or changes.
