Booking & Cancellation Policy
To secure your event, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 14 days prior to your event.
Cancellations more than 14 days before the event: Your deposit will either be refunded or transferred to a credit note, which can be used within 12 months of the original event date.
Cancellations made 5-14 days before the event: The deposit will be transferred to a credit note, which can be used within 12 months of the original event date.
Cancellations within 5 days of the event: The deposit will be forfeited, and the remaining balance will be transferred to a credit note, valid for use within 12 months of the original event date.
We understand plans can change, and we aim to be flexible with rescheduling while ensuring our services are in high demand. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any cancellations or changes.
