Yes, we kindly ask that adults supervise children at all times while they play. This ensures everyone enjoys the equipment safely and uses it as intended - keeping your event both fun and worry-free.

Deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel within 72 hours of your event, your booking is forfeited and will not be eligible for credit.
If your cancellation is made more than 7 days prior, your deposit may be held as credit and used toward any future booking within 6 months of your original event date.
