Additional Service & Delivery Fees
Whether you’re hosting your event at home, in a hall, or at a private venue - we’ve got you covered. At Elimilio Play Events, we offer complimentary delivery, setup, and collection for events located within 10km of our base in Caringbah, Sutherland Shire.
For events outside this area, the following delivery fees apply:

Distance from Caringbah:
0–10km Free
10–15km $60
15–30km $120
30–50km $180
50km+ From $200+
* Delivery fees for events located more than 50km from Caringbah are quoted based on distance, access, timing, and pack-down requirements. Some locations may require our team to remain onsite until the conclusion of your event for pack-down.
Additional Setup & Access Fees:
An additional fee may apply for events with complex access requirements, including but not limited to:
• Locations more than 30 metres from parking access
• Venues requiring stairs, lifts, ramps, or multiple access points
• Restricted loading zones or limited bump-in times
These fees cover the additional time, labour, and logistics required to safely deliver, install, and collect your setup. Please include all access details in your enquiry so we can provide an accurate quote.
Bond:
A refundable bond of $200–$300 is required, depending on the size and complexity of your setup.
Larger or more intricate installations may require a higher bond amount.
Your bond will be refunded once all equipment has been collected and inspected.
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Depending on your bank, funds may take 3–5 business days to appear.
Bond Deductions:
If additional cleaning or restoration is required (including removal of food, stains, sand, mud, or glitter), associated costs will be deducted from the bond.
If damage occurs that requires repair or replacement, a separate invoice will be issued outlining all costs. You will always be notified prior to any deductions being made.
We take bond deductions seriously and apply them only when absolutely necessary. Every effort is made to clean or repair items before considering replacement - fairness and care are always our priority.
