Booking & Cancellation Policy

Securing Your Booking:
To secure your event date and selected equipment, a $250 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event date.
Your booking is considered confirmed only once the deposit has been received and all booking details are finalised.
Cancellations & Changes

More than 14 days prior to your event:
• The $250 deposit will be converted into a credit, valid for 6 months from your original event date
• Changes to your booking may be made, subject to availability.
Between 7 and 14 days prior to your event:
• The $250 deposit is forfeited
• Any additional payments made will be converted into a credit valid for 6 months from your original event date
Within 72 hours of your event:
• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
• At this stage, staffing, logistics, transport, and equipment have already been allocated, and the booking cannot be replaced with another client

•All deposits are strictly non-refundable
• Once confirmed, your event date and equipment are reserved exclusively for your booking
• Late cancellations result in a direct loss of income and operational costs already incurred
• Credits are not redeemable for cash and must be used within the stated validity period
