Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Hire
These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement for the hire of goods and equipment (“Hire Items”) between you (“you”, “your”) and Elimilio Play Events (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Your booking is considered confirmed once the required deposit has been received. By making payment, accepting a quote, or proceeding with your hire, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Payment Terms
• A $250 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and selected equipment
• The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event date
• A refundable bond of $200–$300 (depending on the size and complexity of your setup) is payable with the final balance
• Bonds are refunded within 3–5 business days following collection and inspection, provided all Hire Items are returned in the same condition
• Late or non-payment may result in cancellation of your booking without refund
• For custom or modified items (including decals, signage, or balloon garlands), full payment is required prior to production.
3. Delivery & Collection
• Delivery and collection will occur at the address listed on your invoice at the agreed time
• Additional charges may apply for stairs, restricted access, lifts, long carry distances, or long-distance travel
• The setup area must be clean, flat, dry, and safe
• Once installed, Hire Items must not be moved or altered without prior approval
• All items must be ready for collection at the agreed time; delays or restricted access may incur additional fees
4. Care of Hire Items
While the Hire Items are in your possession, you are responsible for their care and safekeeping.
You agree to:
• Keep all equipment clean, dry, and in its original installed position
• Supervise children at all times
• Report any damage or missing items immediately
• Not attach tape, stickers, paint, or decorations (including decals that aren't provided by us) without written approval
You are responsible for any loss or damage, including full replacement costs where items cannot be repaired.
5. Weather Conditions
Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded due to weather conditions including rain, heat, or wind.
If adverse weather is forecast, please contact us prior to your event to discuss alternatives such as indoor relocation or suitable cover.
6. Photography & Promotion
By booking with Elimilio Play Events, you grant permission for photographs taken at your event to be used for promotional purposes (including website, social media, and print).
If you do not wish for images from your event to be used, this must be advised in writing prior to your event date. Where applicable, credit will always be given to photographers and stylists.
7. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Securing Your Booking
• $250 non-refundable deposit
 due at time of booking
• Final balance due 14 days prior to event date
Cancellations & Changes
More than 14 days prior to your event:
•Deposit converted to a credit valid for 6 months from the original event date
•Changes permitted subject to availability
Between 7 and 14 days prior to your event:
• Deposit forfeited
• Any additional payments converted to a 6-month credit
Within 7 days of your event:
• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
Credits:
• Are subject to availability
• Are not redeemable for cash
• Cannot be transferred to another person
• Must be used within the stated validity period
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions.
Where possible, we will offer a reschedule, however refunds will not be provided.
9. Liability
While every care is taken, Elimilio Play Events accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse or unsupervised play.
Adult supervision is required at all times.
You indemnify us against any claim, loss, or damage while the Hire Items are in your care.
10. Rules of Play
• Adult supervision required at all times
• Soft Play equipment is suitable for children 6 years and under
• Maximum weight: 35kg per child
• Bounce Houses & Bubble Domes: combined maximum of 250kg, unless otherwise stated
• No food, drinks, face paint, glitter, sand, silly string, or streamers near the setup
• No shoes, high heels, sharp objects, pets, smoking, or barbecues near equipment
• Maintain a 1-metre clear zone around all items
• Equipment must remain dry and shaded where possible
• Do not move, alter, clean, or dismantle the setup
Failure to comply may result in bond forfeiture and additional charges.
11. Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of NSW.
